You’ll then receive an email giving you access to a digital Alliance badge and a Consumer Guide to the Alliance Code of Practice, plus a Consumer Guide to the Financial Vulnerability Taskforce's Charter and a digital Charter badge.

Whilst the Alliance Code is voluntary, please ensure you are fully aware of and comply with any requirements placed upon you by your firm.
